Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees Policy

As a customer purchasing from our store, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be assessed by your country upon delivery. These fees are typically determined by the customs office of your destination country and are not included in the price of your order or shipping costs at checkout.

Responsibility: It is your responsibility to be aware of and pay any customs fees or duties associated with your purchase. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

De Minimis Exemption: As of May 2, 2025, the U.S. has eliminated the de minimis exemption for shipments from China and Hong Kong. This means that all imports from these regions, regardless of value, are subject to applicable duties and taxes .

Tariffs: Due to increasing tariffs and customs regulations, prices and shipping fees may fluctuate. If tariffs are imposed on products from specific countries, it may result in higher costs for your order. Any additional tariff costs will be the responsibility of the customer. You will be notified of any changes to your order’s total cost prior to shipment if applicable.

Non-payment of Duties & Fees:

If customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not paid by the customer upon delivery, the package may be held, delayed, or returned (if returned at all). We cannot guarantee a refund in these situations. Our vendor is paid once the item ships, and unless the item is successfully returned, we do not receive a refund from them—meaning we cannot issue a refund to you.

Please understand that refusing to pay these fees could result in the complete loss of your order. We strongly encourage all customers to research and understand their country’s customs fees before placing an order.

Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to non-payment of duties and fees, we cannot guarantee a refund for the goods, and additional shipping charges may apply if re-delivery is requested.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for any customs duties, fees, and taxes that may be imposed, and that the de minimis exemption may apply depending on the value of your order and your country’s current customs regulations.
