Exchanges/Returns/Refunds
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
• Notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order. So that we can open a claim and get the matter resolved.
• We will need your tracking number, order number, proof of order ( screenshot of your order), proof of damages, defective, incorrect items.
• PrtyRichGrlCollection will then reach out to our vendor and discuss further details and we will get back to you promptly with a response if everything is approved a refund will be issued out via store credit.
Order Cancellations:
• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will be processed as correct. This includes orders where the wrong color, size, or product was selected.
• Impatience is NOT a valid reason for cancellation. Please only place an order if you are willing to wait for the estimated processing and shipping time.
Order Not Received:
• If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days, contact us for assistance. (e.g., lost or stolen items, you will need to contact PrtyRichGrlCollection and the carrier for assistance. Please refer to our shipping policy for compensation details.)
Refunds:

Refunds will NOT be issued back to original payment method.
- If a refund is requested due to a product defect or error on our part, store credit will be provided you MUST use the store credit within 30 days or it will expire and cannot be used. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash,
- If an item sells out or becomes unavailable, the amount paid for the item can be applied towards another item of your choice. If the new item costs more, you will be required to pay the difference.
Please Note:
• Wrong order cancellations are ONLY accepted within 24 hours. If you don’t cancel within that time frame, PrtyRichGrlCollection will consider the order as correct and process it.
• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. If errors on our part, or if the item is defective (e.g., ripped, poor quality, or damaged) refunds are issued out after an investigation has been conducted which will determine if a refund should be granted.
